One of the things I really enjoyed was that when I spoke with Paulette, I explained that I was in a new season of my life where I wanted to embrace all of me. Start with a Style Consultation Call, therefore we can get to know each other a bit. Schedule a spot on my calendar, and you’re all set! Once your service is booked, you must confirm 24 hours before your service begins. Should you not make your scheduled appointment, your call will be canceled. Please keep in mind your initial payment is non-refundable. No exceptions.

Your New Client Experience Questionnaire will help you prepare! I will use this as a guide during our Style Consultation Call. Please make note of a few questions you may have. This is the perfect time to ask those questions you’ve been thinking about. Don’t be shy.

The option to hold a date is not available without payment. Your style consultation call is paid in full at the time of booking. The system will also advise you about our auto-payment enrollment. Please ensure your schedule is open before booking.

Travel fees are separate from the service rates and are non-negotiable. Travel fees are due no later than 45 days prior to U.S. booking dates and 90 days prior to international booking dates.

If completion dates are at least 30 days out from the booking date, we can be flexible. We are open to working with clients who request a service more promptly than 30 days in advance. The Sharpen Your Style Package pricing may vary based on the date of your scheduled shoot. Price structure may also vary depending on the project timeline and location.

All cancellations MUST be written via email to info@pauletteaedwards.com with the subject labeled as:
“CANCELLATION - (Name/Company - Date - Style Project). CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE A FULL 30-DAYS BEFORE THE PROJECT STARTS. NO EXCEPTIONS. Should you happen to cancel within 30 days, your project will be annotated your initial payment will be non-refundable. No exceptions.
